The Joshua Tree

'Redhill's Best Kept Secret' is how The Joshua Tree is defined. Set back on the edge of Earlswood Common, it is a cosy Pub as you enter, serving traditional ales, wines and spirits. At the rear is the intimate Restaurant, featuring a rotunda with a beamed, domed ceiling and warm décor of terracotta and yellow. The owner and Chef is Kevin Ibbotson (who previously spent 14 years in the City of London - The House of Commons and Channel 4 Television), who designs and produces delicious and imaginative dishes - everything being cooked to order using the best fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed which belies the professionalism of the kitchen and front of house staff.

Parties and Functions are catered for and, if you are short on time for lunch, you can phone in your order by 11.30am and it will be waiting for you when you arrive (browse our on-line menu).
